Yes, I have after the first 2 shots. I treated it with otc migraine meds. I also had itching. Subsequent injections resulted in fatigue and continued itching. Even on the palms of my hands. No rash was evident. Bloodwork indicated increase in lymphocytes and decreased neutrophils. These were marked changes from previous bloodwork. I agreed to take shot 6 and end this protocol. I also plan on contacting Amgen to see what they say.
