@ams has your doctor suggested Tymlos, Forteo or Evenity?

@marcipat -2.2 is still osteopenia, so apparently you don't yet have osteoporosis in your spine.

Medications and me just don't go hand in hand. I was on Evista for years and it didn't do anything for me. I try to eat properly and take Vitamins. Since I am now in my 80's and am still walking and have a brain that still works, I shouldn't complain too much.

@windyshores Thanks so much for all your info. I have the book on hold at the library.

@ams My primary dr didn't recommend anything, just PT.
