Zofran! Yes, that’s it. It seems like everything inhibits bowel movements. Again, that nausea starts right when I eat. I get that strange salivating sensation in my mouth. The one that happenes right before you vomit. Then the nausea hits when I start eating. It took me 30 minutes to eat my breakfast this morning.
Thanks for sharing your similar symptoms of nausea. I have started Pelvic Floor Therapy. I just completed my fifth week.

I love your @name ☺️ Sassy Dottie. How are you doing today? Any improvement in your nausea?

During all my time on chemo and post stem cell transplant I was on a ton of pills and 3 different anti nausea meds. All of it messed with my digestive system. What helped me immensely to stay regular, besides daily yogurt with ground flax, was getting down the recommended amount of water.
To flush meds through my system and stay hydrated, at least 64 ounces or more of water a day was pushed. It worked!
3 years later I still drink that much and can tell the difference in my bathroom habits if I don’t get enough water along with fiber. I know fiber, both soluble and insoluble are vital to our gut health but if we don’t drink enough water with it, let’s just say, things don’t move alone as well as they should. Sometimes that’s also another cause of nausea.
How much water do you drink daily?

@sassydottie, how are things going with the nausea? Did you find some resolution?

@sassydottie ,
I feel your frustration with the nausea…I fought it nearly two and a half years and lost 70 lbs. So, I’m no expert, but I have been through the mill of nausea treatments. Is the nausea still a problem even with the Zofran?
