After meeting and getting to know so many wonderful people here, I'm so proud of this discussion because we are all living proof that mental illness does not define us.
I feel blessed to have met individuals who are: bright, articulate, kind, jovial, expressive, caring, sensitive, accepting, passionate, hard worker's and so much more!!!!
You should all be so proud of yourselves because you have proven that labels are WRONG

Do you ever feel like we are kinder to others than we are to ourselves?

We have to incorporate self kindness into our repertoire
we do I so agree Hugs xo
Some people may conform because society has conditioned them to. All, they know and live, has made them feel the way they do. This is prevalent in lifelong users of a
Broken system ..
so true Rox we do not to hold our heads up and stand tall
