Thank you very much Becky. My hair doesn't fall out and I don't see it in the drain. It has progressively gotten thinner this year. I just don't know which way to go. I have tried Bosley for women but you have be diligent and I haven't been. There are sooo many products out there for thinning hair and it's a bit overwhelming. I hate my hair now and seeing my scalp is really scary. Luckily I had beautiful hair (not to brag) so it's quite a shock to watch your hair thin slowly for a year. Thankfully I'm salt and pepper so the scalp doesn't show as much as it would if my hair were still dark. As far as snacking I never, thankfully, get heart burn even though I have a hernia. It's so hard because I'm up late but I will persevere. Thank you very much, I appreciate it.

The two prescription drugs worked for me and in the 3 months I was able to use them, my hair thickened. The 70% effective one is Finasteride, the 90% effective one is Dutasteride. Check them out on the internet and see how much they’ll cost. Side effects for female that I remember is breast enlargement and tenderness. Both are highly recommended and effective but you need a prescription because they’re classified as medication. It works for me but affect libido and ED and I believe it helps for male pattern baldness too.
