Thanks! My former acupuncturist cannot tolerate statins and told me he took plant sterols but I forgot to ask him for a name before he returned to China. I'm happy to try anything as diet will only get me so far with reducing cholesterol.
Thanks Teri! I was not familiar with it and see that Beta-Sitosterol also helps with BPH symptoms which I have and am taking medication to help. I may give this a try.
