My husband had the same. Covid on march 2021. He also had severe headaches and he never had headaches. His MRI also negative. Has not had another one. He has cognitive issues, memory problems etc. He walks stooped, drools a little and now being tested for Parkinson's but I think its all covid related because before vivid he was fine.
