I had two hip revisions, left hip in 2016, right hip 2017. (Original hip replacements were done in 2005 and 2006 respectively) Left revision a success; problems with right hip 3 years later due to failed allograft and implant migrated. I’m able to walk ‘tho experiencing some pain and discomfort. Holding off on surgery to correct as I am not ready to face another surgery since I’m not (yet debilitated). My surgeon is not pushing me to have it done until I’m ready.

I agree with you and your surgeon - might as well wait until the pain is more severe, or the surgeon says "it's now or never". Why did you need revisions?
I had hip replacements in 2006, revisions in 2012 due to failing metal-on-metal implants. Had the 10 year checkup last month, and they look good yet. Now we're watching the knees...
