The free shoe program at Medicare says you have to have diabetes. I don't. Any advice?

Welcome @dr2n, I wasn't aware Medicare had a free shoe program if you have diabetes. I don't have diabetes either but I do have peripheral neuropathy. Do you have neuropathy also?
