Hello, I understand your concern. I’m from Wyoming and after researching my options, I wanted to find a place that did lots of treatments and were experts. I felt experience was valuable; therefore, I took a little extra time processing the unsettling news that I had 6 out 12 biopsy samples with Gleason sources of 6 and 7. My PSA was 4.2. It took me 7 months to get everything line up at the Mayo Clinic in AZ. COVID-19 also added to the delay. Anyways, I had surgery on January 7, 2022. My PSA was 4.3. I was fortunate to have had my surgery as scheduled because the surgery center shutdown the following week because of COVID-19 and staffing problems. I had my surgery in the morning and went home in the afternoon. I was pleased with the AZ Clinic and especially with my recovery! Good luck with your decision.
