Thank you for reminding me. Have made a consistent effort to reduce the MORNINGS COFFE WITH SUGAR . am now using 60% less . The alternative is the USE OF RAW CINNAMON STICKS. have made them into a drink by boiling in water. Using as a replacement.been a few months., read the healing powers also. So just passing to my MAYO PN suffering in pain as I for the pass 14. Now on my hands . 2 yrs now. And both ft but up to the ancle unlike to many others.
Am glued to this MAYO NETWORK. Best I can ever find or read on our life long battle it seems.
