How do you deal with dry eyes?

@tboyd5000 , they are punctal plugs, fitted to and placed in your tear ducts so the tears you make stay in your eye instead of draining out.
I was very happy with them, but they fell out after a few months, I had them replaced, but when out again, over the years, it seemed my tear ducts (puncta) were too small so I am back to drops and Restasis.

Did they make an incision outside by your upper nose and the upper inner corner of your eye. I have to have the DCR surgery and was hoping you could give me some details on how it all went for you and about how long your recovery time was before you could get out and go places again. Did they put you under anesthesia? Thank you very much for any information you may pass on to me.
