Hello , and I LOVE your handle , aren't we all , LOL ? Wow. That is a wonderful and helpful suggestion of something I love already . Fav food is pumpkin , fave drink is turmeric milk ..I will def increase now and thank you for that , and wonder if you increased by food/drinks or do a supplement ? I appreciate your help so much . Can you explain to me the benefits of Annatto Tocotrienol for breast cancer? That is one supplement that I am not familiar with.
