Morning bruceandruth1970~
I'm glad you are looking for alternative options for your bone issues. No..I haven't taken any of the 'drugs' for my bones other than nutritional support and dietary changes..which I do feel ever so much better, overall.
I lost a physician that wouldn't keep me as a patient after I refused to take her advice and go on Prolia. I still would not feel comfortable in taking any of the 'drugs' that are out there..the contraindications seem to me to
be yet another worrisome addition to our lives that leave us with more concerns and questions..along with the disparate aches and pains..leading to more stress. I'm sorry you're still having back pains from your OsteoStrong workout. Maybe it could be a good thing..I always look to the positive results and not dwell on the negative. I just got a bodybuddy moist hot/cold wrap...heat it up in the micro and wear it around your back. My back hurt me from picking up the package at my post office!..it's very heavy, or seemed to be for me....BUT...I was overjoyed at the relief it gave me..and I could walk around with it on..not like my heated up rice filled gym socks! I was having odd nerve stinging pains until I put the wrap around me and it took away all the pain I was having. I had the best night's sleep I've had in a long time as well...(I didn't wear it to bed) My sister sent this to me from Amazon, along with 2 thinner ones which added to the weight of the package. Getting relief from pain that doesn't have other side effects is a wonderful thing! Sorry about your experiences with Evista ...I wish you better results taking more natural products and being wiser in what you do. It's a long journey..but can have it's high points along the way. Good for you for seeking out ways to benefit your life. I wish you the best....keep moving...follow your heart...If you do decide to get the products that Dr. Strum is promoting and formulated..please post your feelings about it as well as your results.
