Yes I too had my thyroid removed and I'm on Levothyroxine and it did take a few months to get it adjusted. But I cant say it ever affected my heart rhythm but im not a Doctor and once I got on a certain level, even tho the test me a couple times a year, it never changes.

I have not had my thyroid removed. I have nodules. My numbers have been steady for years. I take my Synthroid and coffee with milk first thing in the morning. Supposedly not the “right” way but it has been fine for me for years and years, and okay with my PCP. Any changes should be given at least 8 weeks to take effect.
