Hello @suemer and @astaingegerdm

While I do not have a DX of gastroparesis, I have had several upper digestive tract surgeries and my digestive tract seems to run at a different pace than prior to the surgeries.

I am most interested in knowing more about Iberogast. What exactly does it do for you? How has it helped?

the bottle says it helps with the motility of your stomach which is also good for IBS and any stomach related issues. It is all natural. I am beginning to wonder if that is why I can eat quite a few things...more than most people here...and don't have any vomiting or bowel issues. Sometimes I feel fuller faster than other times but I find it's because I've eaten something about 3pm before dinner. But 6 meals a day is not an option for me. So Equate is my go-to protein supplement. Get it at Walmart. Recommended by my dietician because it tastes better than Ensure, same as Ensure for ingredients and proteins/vitamins/minerals, and is cheaper.
