I am on the same sleep no sleep rollercoaster.
Am thankful for the good days and thankful that the bad ones will not last forever. Hang in there.

I’m on “your life will never be good again” never sleep, sleep non-stop coaster also…Covid bought me a ticket. Nothing has helped or made a difference so far. Hang on tight it’s a rocky ride.
