First of all, my excuses for taking so much time to reply to your message. Quite busy times over here.
I am more than happy to share my experiences with the group, as I have been already doing.
In this situation, I have offered cmd (Carolyn) the possibility of a private exchange as I could feel her despair for sleep, having lived that myself in 2019 and 2020. Just wanted to better understand her situation and try to help.
As I have already shared here in the group, yoga nidra has been one of the things that have helped me a lot in my search for more sçeep and with more quality. I also practice hatha yoga and have been learning to let go & surrender more. CBD (Medical Marijuana) has also helped me much, as I have posted some time ago. I have also made use of acupuncture and some diets. None of those heavy drugs have given me back a good and restorative sleep. More and more I have been finding my answers in the integrative medicine approach.
