I did see a couple of other post COVID insomnia articles but didn't want to overload you with links. I saw some reference links on the NHS COVID Recovery site (https://www.yourcovidrecovery.nhs.uk/your-wellbeing/sleeping-well/) that might be useful.

You mentioned trying to get into a sleep study. Have you discussed the issue with a sleep medicine doctor to see if they may have some suggestions?

Can’t find a sleep doctor in my area. I have to have a sleep study first. Then I’m referred to a sleep specialist.
