I’ve read that article before it appears that is geared toward those who were in hospital. It appears my sleep-wake cycle is damaged to what extend not sure. Was trying for sleep study, but you have to sleep for it to be valid. I remain very desperate but do appreciate you reaching out.

You mentioned trying to get into a sleep study. Have you discussed the issue with a sleep medicine doctor to see if they may have some suggestions?
