Mysterious shortness of breath: What has helped you?

Has anyone found any answers on this. Been feeling the same way for a month now. Xray and everything normal. I don't understand I have never had any problems breathing before. No asthma or anything.

Hi @cookie2009, I’m sorry you’ve been dealing with this. Did anything happen a month ago that you think might have caused this, or did it just come about randomly?

Some people may have found at least some answers or at the very least, coping mechanism but there are certainly a growing number of people dealing with similar symptoms.

What other tests have you done and do you have any other health problems you’d be comfortable sharing here?
