I had frozen shoulder almost 9 months. Finally it gave with therapy etc. But I was begining to wonder. That shoulder though movement is not as good as the other shoulder that had surgery years ago. Good luck

That's interesting! What therapy did you do? Stretching? Did it give all at once or slowly? They've told me surgery is used for pain and it might or might not loosen up the joint. What was your surgery for? I've asked the doctors but I don't seem to get an answer as to what is the actual cause of the tightening. Like is it actual tightening or loss of flexibility in the tissues?
