@quilterdar - was reading up on pulse electro magnetic field technology since your post is about the third time I have heard of it. Wondering what type of doctor prescribed it for you? It is interesting that they have helped and am hoping that you can expand on how they have helped you.
Since PMR is a type of systemic vasculitis it makes a lot of sense to me that something like pulse electro magnetic field therapy could be a big help. I understand it is used for Olympic and professional athletes.

I did not have a doc order it. A friend works at a clinic that uses a version of it to help those with bladder problems. Its like a chiropractor the medical field does not usually suggest that you go there. So a friend has a machine that he uses to treat horses for rodeos, racing and has good success. The owners also want treatments and have good success and then word got around and he is just busy all the time. Several sports people have come to him and been able to get back into the game.
I hurt so bad after the covid vaccine I wanted to give up, when my friend told me about him! And that very day he made a great improvement in me. He uses the magnawave machine , and I have been doing it now 3 times a week and hope to move out to twice a week. I know people will think me crazy, but I am so grateful for the treatments that last 20-30min. If you live in Montana he has a large circle that he reaches out too
