I have been having constant draining of right nostril and ear. I feel very sick with this. Clear water draining , very dizzy. 3 weeks now. What type of doctor do I see at Mayo. ? I have had bad metallic taste in mouth. And vertigo

Are you currently taking any medication or have seen a doctor concerning your symptoms? I would make a list of all your symptoms before your appointment so that you don't forget. It's so easy to do that when talking with a doctor and nice to have a piece of paper to help you remember.
