Hello @noturkendoll and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. This sounds like an incredible amount of stress to deal with and on top of it, not feeling heard by others can be so frustrating. It is good that you have reached out to hear from others who may be able to share their experience.

While we wait for others to join, I found this (older) news article from Mayo Clinic that may be helpful in confirming Ivermectin is the right treatment for Onchocerciasis, or River Blindness.

Have you ever heard of a skin snip biopsy, which is apparently the gold standard for diagnosing onchocerciasis?

I have read what the CDC says and I can't get anyone here to give me the test I've been dealing with this on my own for 3 years
