You are right , although my sob not same of the short breath of panic attack, its always with me ,
Ok , i try to breath in papar bag it seems like i was wrong
About exercise i really dont know much , but im testing some of them and im just good for few minutes

@mostafamahjoori- WHat do you mean that you are only good for a few minutes? Do you get bored or need to go to a hospital?
