Help With Post Covid Health issues

Can anyone tell me where to go for treatment post Covid. My muscles and joints hurt so terribly bad. I also have kidney issues, headaches, and horrible fatigue. I haven’t been the same since having Covid (delta) I have got to find somewhere to go for help. I am in north Alabama.

Had Covid in October 2021. Loss sense of taste n smell.
Anyone else with loss of taste.
Had rectal prolapse surgery Friday did well , still have pain in tummy
Had two surgeries vagina repair as well . Still not passing gas Stu k with no tube until. Wish it would come soon.tube is annoying g
