I think we all have same problem with diffrent reason , im nervuse persone thats why i think my anxiety started this problem, although until 50% of this gone , there is reason for sob,we have to find out , if we not, we 'll have difficulte life

@mostafamahjoori - Good morning. SOB is scary and can really shake you up! I mean, why should you think that one day your breathing will change? But everyone on Connect has some sort of problem that we learn to manage and continue having a good life. A good life doesn't mean without problems.

I'm taking a big chance here and disagreeing with what your doctor has suggested. Some people, when they have a high level of anxiety feel as if they are going to faint and breathe into a PAPAR BAG, not a plastic bag. The reason for this is to get more Co2 back into your body to stabilize your O2 and Co2.

Xanax is a fine relaxer but at some point, you might need to help manage the SOB without medication. Doing the breathing exercises will help you feel better physically and emotionally.

Is there a reason that you don't want to do them?
