Mysterious shortness of breath: What has helped you?

@mostafamahjoori let me know if the anxiety medicine helps. Have you looked into breathing exercises? Not only can they help with the SOB/air hunger, but also with dealing with nervousness and anxiety. There are methods where everytime you feel anxious, you breathe slowly in, hold your breath for a few seconds, and slowly exhale to slow down your breathing and reduce the flight or fight response. It would be worth having an exercise like that ready for any of those times.

How is your diet? You mentioned bloating, so I'm wondering if there's a digestive issue, or maybe certain foods that might be causing this.

Yes sure
I speak to the doctor who is the psychologist , i explain my problem to him and he say anxiey alot in your body and still stay and not goes in cause your brain want more oxygen falsely
As well yawing its fear of your brain to lack of oxygen
He suggest me im breath in plastic bag
My diet recentlly is good by i have reflux and gastritis and ibs thats why my digestive system doesnt work good
I'll comment here if im making progress
