E coli

Over 6 months of antibiotics and 3 months of urovaxom, she keeps coming back??
Any advices?

Thank you for your reply. I will check the group conversation you mentioned.
Yes, I have nitrofurantoin 4times per day 7 days, and than 1 per day for 20 days prescribed.
Before UroVaxom, doctors gave me antibiotics each time E.coli showed up in urine for 7 montsh and she become resistant to almost all antibiotics.
I am afraid that it can happen again. Becouse I am not quite sure what happens when you are resistant to everythin, how do you treat E.coli.
I also noticed that E. Coli activates almost always after intercourse (even protection is used).
I have also tried alternatives such as teas, herbs some home medication, but in the ent always antibiotics (I use probiotic too).
