Mysterious shortness of breath: What has helped you?

My sob exaclly same of you because i read your comment . Im the nervuse and worried person ,Especially in 3yeara ago . But when sob come i was in good form , first i think this is panic attack but when its stay and dont go i understand this is not panic
I have lpr reflux and im using medicine for gerd before sob and its controlling,but in 6past month ago im eat any food alot
Let me say when i feeling my sob worst : i feel when wheather is more cold my yawning become more too
When im become nervuse my sob become worst too , as well im still bloating alot
Im not sure this is about tick
Oh i forget to say this, my sob disappeared for 4 or 5 days last month and everything is good but when i heard a bad news from a person , a few minute later im sure its back
Do you test anything more for your sob?
Im going to check my blood after this im start anxiety medicine

@mostafamahjoori let me know if the anxiety medicine helps. Have you looked into breathing exercises? Not only can they help with the SOB/air hunger, but also with dealing with nervousness and anxiety. There are methods where everytime you feel anxious, you breathe slowly in, hold your breath for a few seconds, and slowly exhale to slow down your breathing and reduce the flight or fight response. It would be worth having an exercise like that ready for any of those times.

How is your diet? You mentioned bloating, so I'm wondering if there's a digestive issue, or maybe certain foods that might be causing this.
