@tml I hope you enjoy the opera tonight! We also had freezing temps this morning.
Yes, we have to take on being our advocates in health. If you know there is a timeline, you have to step up and politely force the issue. Today, I waited for my dr's scheduler to call me with time for the next appt on 4/28. Because we are 2 hrs away, I schedule multiple appts with different drs on same day. They have always been real good about it all. I had 3 already set for 4/28, so called the oncology office to speak to the young man. Got that set, then set ones for May and June, also! He told me the dr's vacation schedule, so we will work around that. Being an involved patient is important, and being nice while we do it is icing on the cake!
Yep, it takes extra time to get some of the myeloma results in, but the critical ones to determine your next round should be out fairly fast. The pharmacy, from my experience, ships overnight by Fed Ex, so they could ship out as late as Wed next week for you to start on Fri.

Yes think will get in time. Have the actual doctor appointment next week. perhaps will change to match or perhaps not. Probably does not matter if labs fine a week ahead. I am 15 minutes away from hospital so do not have a drive or need to coordinate appointments! That would stress me out for sure!
Waiting for Carmen to start. It is nice to be out, masked up! Have my N95 on! I am such an optimist as thinking I should get an opera trio as well as reupping my symphony series. Who knows. Guess I just need to focus on getting the transplant!!!
