Hello, I use an eye mask with moisture spray at night, Restasis, autologous eye drops, and preservative free drops during the day. Love the eye moisture mask BTW.

I use moist heat at night to improve oil gland function but would love to hear about this eye mask!
Do you ever see flashes of light in the morning before you put drops in?
