It's not a fact check website but I use Sloan Kettering's Integrative Medicine website to read about herbs/supplements etc. Here's what they have on calcium: https://www.mskcc.org/cancer-care/integrative-medicine/herbs/calcium

Thank you. My experience so far is that hospitals are not up to date on proper nutrition. Doctors get little to no education on nutrition.
