Constant tinnitus: Are there any solutions?

I have had Pulsatile Tinnitus in my left ear for about 2 years now swishing noise always there. Now 2 days ago when I lay down always on my right side I'm hearing a thumping noise that is real fast. I have seen an ENT for the left ear had MRI noting wrong. Now going to see her for the right ear. Does anyone else have this?

Same issue here getting louder I have no idea what it is I used to have it in my left ear and I have it in my right ear and it's much louder
