Ear Tinnitus and Pain with Neuropathy
Does anyone have severe tinnitus and ear pain with their neuropathy? I have small fiber and autonomic neuropathy and I have been getting severe tinnitus (roaring and high pitch noise) and a feeling of pressure and pain for the last month. I am wondering if the neuropathy and/or medications are causing it. I am on gabopentin, cymbalta, and NSAIDS.

Did this start after Covid or the vaccine? Does she still have tremors? only her jaw? I hope she'b better!! I've had this for a year and still trying to find something to help.
Advil (NSAID) causes ear ringing for me.
What about chlonozapam
I have severe neuropathy in feet, ankles and now legs. I also have had tinnitus very loudly for 2 years since the virus. Nothing seems to help.
That "sounds" like me! But I never made a connection of tinnitus, neuropathy, and hearing loss together.. Looks like I'd better begin following this now..
I don't have a hearing aid yet, but do plan on getting that done soon.. We'll be moving across the country soon so I'll start that process after the move.

1 ReactionGabapentin will do it I was in the hospital one time I already have tinnitus with leg pain give me gabapentin for my leg pain and my tinnitus went through the roof
Do you think baby aspirin will cause tinnitus I take it everyday for the last eight years after 4 bypass
How do you get neuropathy from tinnitus
I am not a medical professional. I think a lot depends on the individual. Some people get tinnitus with noise levels or medications that won’t affect another person. My husband has been taking baby aspirin for years but does not have tinnitus. Don’t stop without talking to your Dr. Especially if you have cardiac problems.

1 ReactionI take Pregablin (Lyrica) without any worsening of my tinnitus. Not sure if it has a similar use to Gabapentin but it might be ok for you.
