It’s my understanding vibration plates at the correct vibration speed and hertz and amplitude have been very successful in treating osteoporosis. 10 mins a day is the recommendation at 30 hz and lower amplitudes to help stimulate bone growth. Check out Margie Bissinger’s website.

Thanks, mjay! I'd not heard of this approach until I started reading the posts on here and think it sounds fascinating. I'll do any non-drug thing to stave off bone loss and this looks worth looking into.

Hey mjay! The vibration plates are an interesting concept. I’ll be following & researching. Thank you. We must advocate for ourselves. No one knows our body as well as we do ourselves. One pill does not fit all.
