Just a couple things. It is my understanding that calcium is no longer recommended for bone health. All dairy fuels the growth of cancer. You can read about the original experiment that proves this in The China Study by T. Colin Campbell. We need a medicine and supplements fact check website!

For what it's worth, my doctors still recommend calcium/vitamin K2/vitamin D3 supplements and review those blood levels along with phosphorus and magnesium. I take the same formula as my female cardiologist. Having said that, they also recommend adding a lot of calcium-rich plant-based foods to the diet. (They were all underwhelmed by my own self-designed Ice Cream for Calcium and Strong Bones! protocol.) Some of the drugs for osteoporosis though might have differing recommendations. Calcium levels seem to be a moving target in current medicine so I don't know where medical consensus will finally agree.

It's not a fact check website but I use Sloan Kettering's Integrative Medicine website to read about herbs/supplements etc. Here's what they have on calcium: https://www.mskcc.org/cancer-care/integrative-medicine/herbs/calcium
I believe there's also an app.
