It's not a fact check website but I use Sloan Kettering's Integrative Medicine website to read about herbs/supplements etc. Here's what they have on calcium: https://www.mskcc.org/cancer-care/integrative-medicine/herbs/calcium
I believe there's also an app.
For what it's worth, my doctors still recommend calcium/vitamin K2/vitamin D3 supplements and review those blood levels along with phosphorus and magnesium. I take the same formula as my female cardiologist. Having said that, they also recommend adding a lot of calcium-rich plant-based foods to the diet. (They were all underwhelmed by my own self-designed Ice Cream for Calcium and Strong Bones! protocol.) Some of the drugs for osteoporosis though might have differing recommendations. Calcium levels seem to be a moving target in current medicine so I don't know where medical consensus will finally agree.
