Blood transfusions is alternative to raising your iron levels.
Fe (Iron injections) stay stored in cells it DOESNT get released into blood stream. Your doctor should help you.
You can still have low hemoglobin levels and still have a high iron content in your blood. So before you have an iron infusion you need to know your ferritin level. Has your ferritin level been checked?
