I have had the same problem since childhood (I am 26 now) and I live in a small town of a third world country where doctors Just do not listen to me at all as all my tests come out normal. I apply Vaseline and then use a dry cloth beneath the mask. Before covid, I used to hold the cloth with my hands wherever I went. Now that masks are slowly going away, I do not now how will I be able to breath especially at my air conditioned workplace.
