Curious how you make your Tumeric latte & what ingredients you use.

Glad you're doing well with it. My naturopath took me off turmeric-curcumin, and vitamin D because they counter prednisone's effectiveness. She also increased my intake of Omega 3. Most importantly, she put me on an anti-inflammatory diet and encouraged physical therapy and limited exercise. (I tend to overdo things.)

Can you please share your recipe for turmeric lattes? Please include ingredients and amounts for each. I can't imagine putting turmeric in a latte but I am willing to try!
