What causes Clicking or Popping in Throat when Swallowing?

I have this problem since 5 months, am anxiety about this matter. Even I can't swallow saliva it hurts by clicking in the throat region. How could I diagnose this problem. I went many ENT doctors but I am helpless. Please give me a correct suggestions

How’s yours I have the same my is under my chin and making my throat hurts face and tongue pain what are your symptoms my front tooth hurts pain let me know your symptoms

Same under the chin, whenever swallow there is clicking under the chin over the throat region, also pain in the side of neck, with don't know what's the wrong, how many days do u have this problem let me know, am believing the god to cure soon by someone helps
