Hello @aemedic, Welcome to Connect. I've been taking the Manitoba Harvest Hemp Oil with the protocol since 2016. There's no significant amount of THC in the cold pressed hemp seed oil. From the FAQs on the website -- https://theprotocol525.com/faq/ -----" Hemp Seed Oil will not get you high. Hemp and marijuana are much like a sweet pepper and a hot pepper, or a Chihuahua and a Great Dane. Hemp and marijuana are both part of the cannabis plant family but are VERY different. Hemp foods, including our Hemp Seed Oil, contain less than 0.001% Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and will NOT cause a psychoactive effect.".
I don't have the pain with my neuropathy but do have some numbness and a little tingling in my feet. I posted my story in another discussion on Connect here - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/310341/
I see from your first post that you suspect back and neck injuries may be playing a part in your symptoms and you requested a neurology consult. I think that's a good idea as nerve compression in the neck and spine can certainly cause similar symptoms. There are a couple of sites I really like for learning more about neuropathy that you might want to use for researching.

There's also another discussion that may be relevant for treatments -- Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) for treating compression and pain: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/myofascial-release-therapy-mfr-for-treating-compression-and-pain/
Can you let us know what you find out at your neurology consult?
