@funcountess It's not just that it makes them sore, when your hands are dry you get tiny cracks in your skin and from what I read the cracks let germs in more.

To make your own mask from a bandana: 1) fold the square bandana in half horizontally twice, forming a rectangle; 2) place a hair tie or rubber band1/3rd of the way from each end of the rectangle; 3) fold the bandana at each band (you now have a packet about 4"X6")' 4) stuff one end into the other. Voila! You have a face mask.
This Canadian family decided to create a musical of their time together. Enjoy!!

@gingerw, I am pretty sure the back story is about a child who somehow got in the machine. Sorry....but that’s what I read.

I was a big fan of the TV show & the movie M.A.S.H. and I saw that someone put a few clips together for the COVID-19 emphasis on social distancing, hand washing and more... enjoy!
My favorite is probably "do not use the hair dryer while in bath tub". My bp medications says "may cause dizziness, do not drive or operate a vehicle" I was hoping the prescriptions include a driver so I can go about running my errands which include picking up those meds and seeing the doctor who prescribed it. Unfortunately people do not use common sense. When I was still working, I put up a big sign in the office lunch room that said "Your mother does not work here, clean up after yourself". Guess what? The staff still didn't get it.
I've taken some over-the-counter eds that say "Do not operate farm equipment while taking this medicine." Forget farm equipment. I couldn't even operate the coffee pot.
