Under chin movement and tongue movement to the left facial pain

Can someone help me tongue movement to the left constantly jumping under chin right side face movement and pressing stomach pressure under chin and movement help please many doctors don’t get it weird sensation and my mouth and my roof movement back and fourth two ulcers and my roof when touching them tongue will sticking out most to the left

What does a weak loose rotating to the left tongue is? The caused of it I’m tired it’s makes my right face tense and my bottom chin moving can someone help me?
