Hi,

Instead of Magnesium citrate take Magnesium Glycinate 400. MG Glycinate binds with an amino acid called glycine which has a calming effect on the body and also may promote better sleep. It is less of a laxative than citrate. I only take one (the dosage is 2) about an hour before bedtime. It’s has eliminated any muscle cramps for me which I used to have occasionally . I remember those nights walking around and yep..they hurt

I think you will notice the difference in a few days.
