I have been dealing with Osteoperosis since 2017, refused to do medication and wanted to treat it naturally, after trying lots of supplements that did not improve my Osteoporosis, I joined Osteostrong and added AlgeaCal to my diet in six months I went from Osteoporosis to Osteopenia, gaining 19.2% in my hips and 5.5% in my spine. I also noticed my balance and posture improved drastically, I am so glad I joined Osteostrong.

Hi,
I too have followed a natural route and had improvement two years ago . I just had a scan and my bone density is dropping. Do you think the AlgeaCal gave you such an increase or the Osteostrong?
