@dpcarriere Yes, I'd like to know if you'd had your appointment yet? I have an appointment with Integrative Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester at the end of April. What can I expect at that appointment?

Helen you can expect a whole new world to open up for you. This excites me to the bone. I have only had a single appt at Mayo Scottsdale here in Arizona and I'm thoroughly excited. See my response to Colleen. Helen please keep my informed as to what you take away from your appointment. Will you be working with Dr D'Andre at Rochester? Her work is brilliant, you are fortunate to be with Rochester. But then we are all fortunate to be with any of the Mayo campuses as they all are involved with Integrative Medicine.
