What helps post COVID shortness of breath?

I was wondering if anyone else has had shortness of breath, dizziness, body weakness and heart palpitations after having Covid. I had a severe case of It in November 2020 but I’m still occasionally having symptoms. I also go through periods of not wanting to eat because nothing sounds good. I feel crazy but these are the exact problems I had with covid. I doubt if there is anything they can do about it. My husband doesn’t think it’s possible to still be having these issues from Covid but I do. Anyone else have these problems.
